Frankenstein Drinking Glass

This glass is from a Halloween party
put on by Delta Sigma Phi and Alpha Phi
in 1983. I think "Green Fog" refers to
the tasty drink that came in it.
I am not sure what college this is from,
extensive googling led to no conclusion.
This has to be an extremely rare item.
How many of these glasses did they
have made, and how many even survived
that party at all. I'm guessing not many!!
Most were probably smashed by
drunken frat boys and sorority girls.
