Distinctive Dummies - The Plague of the Zombies Figure

The Plague of the Zombies figure
Distinctive Dummies (2015)
#32/60 produced
8 inches tall

The attention to detail on this figure is outstanding!
All of the Distinctive Dummies figures are hand painted.
The Plague of the Zombies is my favorite movie
produced by Hammer films. The film made it's
theatrical debut in 1966. If you haven't seen it and are
a fan of zombies, do yourself a favor and check it out!!

Terrible Magic Knife - Rack Toy

Terrible Magic Knife
Made by S.K. (Early 1970's)

I don't think these graphics would be considered
politically correct today. It is some really cool
artwork though. I can just picture some little
kid running around with this on his head!! LOL!!

Muton - Enemy of Earth

Muton - Enemy of Earth
Denys Fisher/Strawberry Fayre (1977)
9 inches tall

This is an extremely rare figure because it was only available in the U.K.
It is based on the Henshin Cyborg 12" figure line from Japan
that would become the father of the Micronaut toy line in America.

The Most Controversial Toy Ever Produced? MAGA Build The Wall Starter Kit

MAGA Build The Wall Starter Kit
Keep and Bear (2018)

I was watching the news while cooking dinner when a story
came on about a toy that people were losing their minds over.
So i immediately got on the internet and ordered one,
Is this the most controversial toy ever produced?
Not sure about that, but it is right up there.
Waiting for LEGO to sue for copyright infringement,
then i will sell it for a YUGE profit and retire!!!

Who Dat? Skeeter "The Swamp Man" Reid with Custom Swamp Diorama

This is the Lone Ranger's (a.k.a. John Reid) uncle
Skeeter "The Swamp Man" Reid.
He lives down in da Louisiana Bayou.
Yeah, i just made that shit up.
Sounds legit though right?

He started out as a Lone Ranger figure.
I sculpted his hair and beard out of sculpey.
Dyed the shirt with Rit and added leather suspenders.
Corn cobb pipe is made from sculpey.
Hat and lantern are from a "Mysterious Prospector" set.
Pole is a bamboo skewer.
The fish is made from a fishing lure.
Raft and alligator are from the "Red River Rapids" set.
Snake is from the "Hidden Rattler" set.
Swamp is an MDF base with tile grout and polyurethane for the water.
Cypress knees are made from sculpey.
I made the little frog in the back at a ceramics class
my Mom took me to when i was 3 years old in 1974.
