Jimmy Flintstone sells these heads as shifter knobs.

The base (also made by Flintstone) is resin 

and painted to look like rusty metal.

The spark plugs are real and the piston is

from a keychain. The sculpt is taken from

the artwork of Doug P'gosh (from Retro-a-go-go!)

titled "Big Frank's Spare Parts".

This was a lot of fun to paint and build!!

This was made from a Japanese tin race car from the 1950's.

The head is from a Burger King Frankenstein figure from 1999.

I think the rusty patina looks awesome!!!
